Dr. Kristin Bell received her DVM degree from Colorado State University in 1993. Prior to that she earned a degree in microbiology from the University of Arizona. She has been married to her husband Troy for 23 years and they have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. She has enjoyed living and practicing in the White Mountains for almost 13 years. When she is not at the clinic she is busy attending her children's events and taking care of her 4 dogs, 2 cats, horse, and many rabbits and guinea pigs. Her husband, Troy, works full time as a paramedic/firefighter for Heber Fire Department and is also the handyman/repairman at the clinic.

Dr. Carlisle graduated form University of California, Davis in 1982. She previously owned hospitals in Kingman & Lake Havasu City before returning to the White Mountains. She works part time in the summers here at Alta Sierra & in the winters you can find her either in Lake Havasu City or Richmond Virginia. She currently owns 3 mules & 2 cats & enjoys mule riding, hiking, scuba diving & skiing.

Dr. Steve Andersen received his DVM degree from Iowa State University in 1981. After graduation he spent 3 years as a Veterinarian in the USAF stationed in northern Maine. From 1984 to 1999 he was a mixed animal practitioner in northeast Nebraska. He and his two daughters, Ashly and Niki, relocated to the White Mountains in 1999. Since that time he has had the pleasure of working at various clinics in the area. His daughter Ashly added to the family in 2009 with granddaughter Lilah Amelia. Steve enjoys life in the White Mountains, which he shares with Sallie Schiff and includes fishing and camping with their three dogs, Tiki, Bailey and Callie. He is looking forward to joining the ASVH team on a  more permanent basis to help fulfill you and your pet's veterinary needs.
